This sounds so cool! I wish it happened in my country too! Would love to visit France and experience this day once in my life! Absolutely loved reading about it!<3
honestly i don’t think i did it justice in my article because this year i took it easy because of the heatwave and my new meds but it truly is a marvelous day with free music and inexpensive food
I ended music day in a mosh pit on rue Jean Pierre Timbauld that occasionally had to disperse to let an ambulance pass through. The Parisians were frenzied this year. There was a guy standing on a van waving his T-shirt around as though he was conducting the chaos. It was all very Lord of the Flies.

THATS WHAT I LOVE TO HEAR!! you truly enjoyed your music day <3
I wish music day was a thing in other countries. I've been able to attend one in France and it's a great vibe.
Some amazing and interesting bands out of France in recent years - ni, Poil, Pili Coit, Pinoil and others on the label Dur Et Deux (sp?).
What are the obvious reasons for not being proud of being French?
Too bad it is all commercial these days.
Yet there's nothing like watching the sun rise and set!
